 Application Process

If you are interested in coming to Victory Home, here are the steps you must take:

 Step 1)    You might want to call us to schedule a campus tour, and pick up the application kit.  We can mail the application kit to you, or you may download the application.

Step 2)    Complete the application, and then mail it back to us with a non-refundable $75 application fee.

Step 3) Upon reception of your application and application fee, we will research your criminal history. After a review of your application, you will be instructed to get lab work done.

Step 4)    Submitted lab work has to be within the last 45 days of your proposed intake date and forwarded to the Victory Home Intake Counselor. We require the following tests:

  • Tuberculosis Test
  • Hepatitis A, B, and C Screen
  • HIV Screen

Step 5) After we have received all necessary items (application, application fee, and lab results) we will complete our final review for eligibility.  If you are declined, you will receive a letter stating the reasons for your declination. If accepted, we require a non-refundable $1,500 payment which will be applied towards your weekly student fees. Upon reception of the payment, you will be assigned an intake date and time.

Step 6)    On the intake date you will need to bring the following items:

  • Medical Deposit ($150) used to purchase incidental medical supplies that you might need.  This deposit will be refunded if your student account is up to date
  • Security Deposit ($250) – The deposit is used for any additional expenses that are incurred including damage to property, outstanding balances, etc. This deposit will be refunded if your student account is up to date.
  • $100 Curriculum/Book fee
  • We do not detox.  You cannot be admitted to Victory Home unless you have abstained from drug and alcohol use for at least 72 hours prior to intake. If you have been found to have used within the last 72 hours prior to intake, you will forfeit your acceptance to Victory Home as well as your $1,500 payment.

Financial Responsibility
We prefer that a payment of $300 per week be made while you are going through the program. However, no one will be turned away for their inability to make immediate payment but priority will be given to those able to pay. Limited financial assistance may be available through the application.
